Gobadges Film PPF Warranty Guidelines

Warranty Period

• APEX Series: 12 years from the date of installation.

Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to Gobadges Film PPF installed on vehicles under normal conditions and covers the following defects:

• Yellowing: Significant discoloration affecting the film’s transparency and aesthetic appearance. (Yellowing is covered for 5 years only.)

• Cracking: Cracks or splits that compromise the protective performance of the film.

• Delamination: Separation of film layers, resulting in reduced adhesion and effectiveness.

• Manufacturing Defects: Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the film’s performance.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

• Non-compliance with Company instructions: Including physical damage, exposure to chemicals (e.g., harsh cleaners or solvents), extreme temperature changes (excessive heat or cold), or improper use.

• Stains and scratches: Stains or scratches occurring under normal use that are not caused by manufacturing defects.

• Improper washing or cleaning: Damage caused by incorrect washing methods, automatic car washes, or use of abrasive tools.

• Physical damage: Scratches, scuffs, chips, or abrasion caused by car washes, accidents, environmental factors, rocks, or road debris.

• Water spots: Stains caused by mineral deposits left to dry on the film surface.

• Damage from external events: Including collisions, accidents, vandalism, fire, hail, flooding, surface rust, rail dust, overspray, or defects in the vehicle’s paint.

Installation Requirements

• The product must be installed by a certified installer to qualify for warranty coverage.

• The warranty is valid only if the film is installed according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and specifications.

Non-Transferable Warranty
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original vehicle owner.

Limitation of Liability
Gobadges Film is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to the vehicle’s paint or related components.

• Maximum Liability: The liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective film with new Gobadges Film PPF. No monetary compensation will be provided. Additional costs, including vehicle downtime, installation fees, or other damages, are not covered.
